Documents and Diplomas |
 |
KEEP READY
Copies all of the following
documents: diplomas, professional
certifications, experience
certifications and professional licenses
/ GMC registration as well as 2
reference letters. |

Letters
should be on letter head representative
of your current and previous employers.
Letters should indicate your job title
and dates of employment. It is helpful
to indicate the size and specialties of
each employers. |
 |
References
are required for all candidates. If you
currently do not have available
reference letters, you can forward all
the other requested information and
documents and then follow with the
references. They may also be directly
faxed by your referees to our central
services. |
 |

Diplomas authentication (Notarization) |
 |
It is your
responsibility and on your own charge to make all necessary authentications of you diplomas
from your university, foreign ministry and then from the consulate
of the country where you will work such as; Saudi Arabia, Emirates,
Canada etc. |
 |

Qualifications and
Experiences |
 |
Most
clients require American Board, Canadian Fellowship FRCPC, FRCSC, British
or Irish Fellowship; MRCP, FRCS, MRCS, French CES, DES, or DIS.
or any other
equivalent western
qualifications. |
 |
As well
as up to four years post-certification experience for a Senior
Consultant position
and up to three to
five years for
Consultant position
and up to tow years
for Registrar
position. |
 |

Salary |
 |
Salaries
in gulf countries are tax free, they are also
competitive and paid at the end of each month.
Specific amounts of salaries differ somewhat from
location to location and are dependent upon
qualifications. |
 |
Salaries will be quoted in local money which
are usually tied to the US dollar and issued in this currency. However,
your incomes could be readily converted without restriction to any other
international currencies and sent out of the country as desired. |
 |

Accommodations & Transportation Allowances |
 |
Employer provides it's foreign staff with
free furnished suitable accommodation or pay
2 to 3 months salary as
accommodation allowance.. Since living
expenses are lower due to free of charge
housing and utilities, foreign employees
have the opportunity to save a major part of
there salary. Free transportation or transportation
allowance are also provided. |

Bonus |
 |
Usually a bonus of half month salary is paid at your end-of-contract for
every year of service worked. those who complete their contract
periods of employment are rewarded upon final departure with a bonus
of half month pay per year of service. |
 |

Providing information |
 |
We could
not give information out to candidates
until we have first determined that they are qualified for any available
position. We will first need your full resume before giving
you any
further information not included
on our web site. We
appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this
matter. |

Passport size Photographs |
 |
Please provide 2 photographs along with
your application. Passport size photos are preferred. Please write
your name at the back of each photo. |

In our turn |

Once we receive your application
along with all required documents, it will be evaluated by one
of our consultants and matched with our current vacancies then
it will be proposed to our recruiters for immediate
consideration. The
process can take about 2 to 3 months for approval;
however, sometimes approval might come within a few
days. If we do not have current vacancies, we
will keep your resume on file for the next available
vacancy and notify you by E-mail or otherwise. As
soon as you are approved for a position, we will contact
you by phone, E-mail or priority mail to inform you of
the details and forward a contract as well as the
required "medical report forms" and "visa application
form". After you accept an offer, it may take up to
2 months before you can report to work. The
actual date will be determined in consultation with
yourself, once we obtain the required visa. |

Telephone calls |
 |
Kindly avoid to
contact us by phone. Discussion over the phone
could be only required once we have approval about your
candidates for a specified position and for an eventual telephone
interview. |
 |
|
Covering letter |
 |
A cover letter, clearly
identifying your skills and achievements is helpful.
It is
also helpful to know the size, volume of work and scope
of the departments in which you have worked. Medical
Doctors and Dentists please indicate all your hospital
affiliations and teaching as well as committee
appointments or other activities. Technicians
(Laboratory, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine and others) please
provide a list of major bio-medical equipments and
procedures with which you have had
experience. |

Health Care |
 |
Employees
and dependents are provided with necessary medical
and hospital care at no personal cost. Emergency
dental care is also provided. |
 |
|
Children education |
 |
Some employers provide for dependent children
education allowance up to 2 children. |
 |
|
Travel |
 |
Foreign staff receives at least one
annual ticket home each year, which may be used to travel to other
destinations offering exciting holiday opportunities. |
