If you do not wish Your Data to be disclosed to such other organizations then please let us know by a written letter.

If your primary application is selected by one of our client, or a client manifested his interest for your application, in order to submit all your data for final consideration or for a telephone interview, we will ask you to sign our partnership agreement with Temporary Worker and sent it first by fax and the original by mail to one of our offices. If you refuse or omit to sign our agreement we will stop the procedure in your concern at this stage

For the avoidance of doubt, signing our agreement shall not give rise to a contract of employment between you and Gestion Linimex; you acknowledge that we only act as an Employment Business; we play only as intermediary between you and a client, you are a self employed; you will be employed and paid by the client; Gestion Linimex shall be under no obligation or liability to provide work for you; you acknowledge that when no work is available no sums shall be due you in any way.

The Worker acknowledges that the nature of our agreement means concluding through Linimex a contract with a Client however, the worker shall never accept and sign a direct contract with the client without informing Linimex and getting our authorization.
